Shipping 

As per our family tradition, every salt harvest is performed by only family members along with the packaging of every order. We aim to fulfill your order within 2 business days, although this could take a few additional days during the salt harvest season.  Upon completion of the package, we forward it to our shipping operator and we update your order with the tracking number.  We offer an express delivery courier service with DHL to countries within and outside of Europe and also to the USA. Express delivery orders shall take 2-3 days to arrive in Europe and 4-5 days to arrive in the North Americea. Any orders to the USA & Canada, under 2.5kg will be offered to choose between Sandarad and Express Delivery.  A complete list of countries can be found in the shipping rates page although do not hesitate to contact us if your country is not included in the list as we would be able to arrange with our shipping operator.  Only shipments which weigh up to 5kgs can be calculated at the checkout. If you wish to order more than 5Kg’s of salt please contact us as we do not charge any handling fee. More information is found in the Shipping Rates page

 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns policy.  

 

Damaged Package 
 Upon receiving a damaged package, you must immediately inform your delivery carrier within 3 working days.  

 

Cancellation 
 One can cancel their order prior to their package being handed over to delivery carrier. Package will be fully refunded if cancelled on time.  

 

Environmental Responsibility 
 From the standpoint of our business, we feel extremely responsible in playing our part in taking care of our environment and reducing our carbon footprint. Due to this we will only send a fiscal receipt with every order.  You will be receiving a proof of payment via email, once the order is shipped out, and no printed material will be sent with any package, hence the attached proof of payment.  

  

We encourage you to reuse the salt packaging used for both the products and for shipping as much as possible.
